In 2012, we launched our own grain mill, equipped with advanced machinery from the German company Schule. Production is organized as a full-cycle process: from incoming grain analysis in our laboratory to packaging of the finished products. The plant’s capacity makes it possible to process up to 75 tons of raw materials per day and produce 7 types of groats.

GRAIN PROCESSING
The production cycle is fully integrated, beginning with raw material analysis in our own laboratory and grain preparation in the grain cleaning department for further processing, and ending with the packaging of finished products. The key feature of this equipment is the groats production process. Unlike the outdated crushing method, the grain is cut across its longitudinal axis, preserving the integrity of the kernel and its attractive shape, and most importantly, all of its beneficial properties. A powerful aspiration system completely removes flour dust from the groats, which makes the porridge fluffy and prevents it from sticking together due to gluten.
PRODUCTION MODERNIZATION
In October 2025, a robotic palletizing system for bag stacking was installed at the plant. Previously, the same work was performed by two employees, who manually moved bags of packaged groats. This task is now handled by automated equipment. In addition, the packaging line was upgraded with new, higher-capacity machinery. It is capable of packaging 10 tons of groats per hour. The introduction of new technologies did not result in any staff reductions: all jobs have been preserved, and the workload on employees has been significantly reduced.
ONLY ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS
Our plant operates exclusively on raw materials from our own production, which is why our groats contain only high-quality, healthy grain.
The plant’s capacity makes it possible to process up to 75 tons of raw materials per day. Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment, the yield of finished products ranges from 70% to 85%, depending on the type of groats. The plant’s equipment makes it possible to produce 7 types of groats: Poltavska wheat groats, cut wheat groats, barley groats, pearl barley, oat groats, split peas, and “Lakomka” pea groats — exceptionally tasty and, most importantly, nutritious.

Our groats are a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and plant-based proteins, as well as iron, magnesium, and calcium.
