| June 30, 2004 | Agrofirm “Tselina” was founded — this marked the beginning of the history of one of the region’s key players in the agricultural sector. From day one, the company set out to build a sustainable and technologically advanced agricultural operation. |
| 2004–2007 | Through steady expansion, the agrofirm grew into one of the largest agricultural enterprises in the region. The area of cultivated farmland increased significantly, making it possible not only to raise production volumes but also to create new jobs for residents of nearby settlements. The company became an important employer, providing stable employment and a decent income for local families. |
| 2006 | The “Tselinskoye” hunting farm was established on the company’s premises, with a hunting area of 65.9 thousand hectares. This direction not only complemented the agrofirm’s core business profile, but also contributed to the development of environmental protection efforts and ecotourism in the region. Measures were taken to preserve biodiversity and ensure the rational use of natural resources. |
| 2010 | The agrofirm carried out its first large-scale modernization of its technical base. Modern machines and equipment from leading manufacturers were added to the agricultural machinery fleet, making it possible to increase productivity, reduce costs, and introduce advanced agricultural technologies. The equipment upgrade also improved safety and working comfort for machine operators and other specialists. |
| June 2012 | The company launched the first stage of its plant for producing groats from grain and legumes. Unlike the outdated crushing method, this technology cuts the grain across its longitudinal axis using a groats cutter, preserving the integrity of the kernel and its attractive shape — and, most importantly, all of its beneficial properties. The first stage had a capacity of 75 tons of grain per day, with total investment amounting to 140 million rubles. The launch of the plant opened up new opportunities for processing our own harvest and entering new consumer market segments. |
| 2012 | The agrofirm’s achievements received nationwide recognition: the company was awarded top honors at specialized exhibitions. A silver medal in the “Product of the Year” competition and gold awards in the “Quality Leader” competition confirmed the enterprise’s reputation as a producer of premium-quality products that meet the expectations of the most demanding consumers. |
| 2016 | The agrofirm continued to steadily expand its workforce and renew its agricultural machinery fleet. Special attention was given to the professional development of employees: training and upskilling programs were introduced, and opportunities for career growth were created. The company strengthened its image as a socially responsible employer that cares about the well-being of its employees and their families. |
| 2025 | By this time, Agrofirm “Tselina” had established itself as a diversified agro-industrial enterprise with a well-developed infrastructure. The company implemented a number of initiatives to improve working conditions and provide social support for employees. Its technical base was replenished with the latest agricultural machinery and processing equipment, enabling production to reach a qualitatively new level. The agrofirm actively participated in the life of the region, supported local initiatives, and invested in the development of rural areas, strengthening its role as a reliable partner and a socially oriented business. |

Additional Activities
A pedigree stud farm specializing in the breeding of Budyonny horses. We focus on raising pedigree horses for classical equestrian sports, amateur riding, racing, and leisure.
